Wellness Visit

Our team of providers will meet with you on-site or in the comfort of your home via telehealth medicine calls.  Scheduling a wellness visit is simple. Clients of all ages can be seen.  Whether it’s an annual check-up or you’d like to get referrals to specialists, Sunrise is a one-stop shop.  Get your child’s athletic physical or a routine refill of the medication you use regularly.  Get an EKG, EEG, or labs right onsite.  We’ll do it all, including getting you scheduled for imaging or to see a specialist including cardiology, neurology, urology, oncology, and more.

Sick Visit

No one has time for an ER or Urgent Care!  You could be there for hours!  We value your time as much as ours. If you aren’t feeling well, we do same-day appointments with immediate in-office or telehealth medicine visits available.  Receive immediate treatment with same-day prescriptions!  If you don’t have anyone to help you feel better, call Sunrise.

Immunization/Vaccines

Sunrise currently offers the Moderna Vaccine to help prevent COVID-19, SARS-2, Delta, and other strands. We offer the first vaccine, the second vaccine, AND the OMICRON BOOSTER.  In addition to COVID-19 vaccines, our staff is fully equipped to offer children’s immunizations, flu shots, and more.  Please call to schedule for children’s immunizations.  With Moderna vaccine or testing – WALK-INS ARE WELCOME WITH SAME-DAY RESULTS AVAILABLE MON-FRI 9-4!
