Dr. Maxham
Doctor Jonathan Maxham, a South Carolina native who graduated
from Kansas City University and completed his residency at Wright
state University and Wright Patterson Air Force Base, is an internal
medicine physician who has been practicing since 2009.
Becoming proficient with management of weight loss, diagnosing
sleep apnea, diabetes, high blood pressure and overall prevention
combined with western medicine and pharmacokinetics with an
individualized holistic approach has impacted his patients more
than pills alone. He believes fostering physician-patient relationship as the cornerstone and core to patient wellbeing.
Outside of medicine he enjoys golfing, smoking ribs and taking his wife on dates in that order.

Wellness Visit
Our team of providers will meet with you on-site or in the comfort of your home via telehealth medicine calls. Scheduling a wellness visit is simple. Clients of all ages can be seen. Whether it’s an annual check-up or you’d like to get referrals to specialists, Sunrise is a one-stop shop. Get your child’s athletic physical or a routine refill of the medication you use regularly. Get an EKG, EEG, or labs right onsite. We’ll do it all, including getting you scheduled for imaging or to see a specialist including cardiology, neurology, urology, oncology, and more.

Sick Visit
No one has time for an ER or Urgent Care! You could be there for hours! We value your time as much as ours. If you aren’t feeling well, we do same-day appointments with immediate in-office or telehealth medicine visits available. Receive immediate treatment with same-day prescriptions! Immunization/Vaccines
Sunrise currently offers the Moderna Vaccine to help prevent COVID-19, SARS-2, Delta, and other strands. We offer the first vaccine, the second vaccine, AND the OMICRON BOOSTER. In addition to COVID-19 vaccines, our staff is fully equipped to offer children’s immunizations, flu shots, and more. Please call to schedule for children’s immunizations.
